Scott completed his civil and structural engineering degree in 2014. He was an outstanding student achieving distinctions and high distinctions in all subjects, consequently receiving First Class Honors. He was employed as a tutor for the University of Adelaide in Structural Engineering Design and Concrete Analysis. Scott has previously worked for a mid-tier Adelaide based consultancy, obtaining experience working on, and leading a large variety of engineering projects including residential, industrial, commercial and high-rise projects. He worked effectively in a diverse team and became familiar with the Australian Standards and Codes for design.
Having grown up in his family business, Bentley’s Building Supplies in regional SA, Scott has had the opportunity to gain invaluable experience within the building industry in the form of estimating, administration and the operation of heavy machinery. During this time Scott was also exposed to various residential, commercial and industrial projects along with the construction of residential dwellings.
